This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Control Manager located in Lekki.
The Internal Control Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal control framework to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, protect the bank's assets, maintain accurate financial records, and promote operational efficiency.
The Internal Control Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Expert knowledge of internal control principles, practices, and techniques
Experience in developing and implementing internal control frameworks and risk management strategies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of banking operations, laws, and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in internal control or related field (e.g. CIA, CISA) is a plus
