Internal Control & Audit Assistant at Megawatts Nigeria Limited

QUALIFICATION

• BSC/HND in Accounting
• 1-3 years' experience in handling, inventory and bank reconciliation.
• Experienced in excel, power point, word, and Odoo ERP

REQUIREMENT

• Effective communication and report writing.
• Demonstrate high level of Integrity.
• Knowledge of standards, procedures and general internal audit policies and financial record keeping procedures and regulations.
• Carry out stock verification on all inbound and outbound materials, delivery document, internal delivery waybill and supplier waybill.
• Collation and update of department risk register and send to risk manager to collate enterprise dash board.
• Carry out site inventory reconciliation bi-weekly -test opening balance, issue and closing balance of site and report on exception.
• Weekly review of account posting/payment on Odoo ERP versus supporting documents to test accuracy of posting.
• Support internal audit officer in control activity-vetting of supporting document.
