Job Summary

• We're seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor and Compliance Manager to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, internal policies, and industry standards
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Prepare audit reports and advise management on compliance matters
• Provide training to staff on regulatory and compliance requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or risk management in banking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in regulatory frameworks, risk assessment, and internal control procedures
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• MCIB certification is a plus
