Internal Auditor at Roston Hotels

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and report on internal audit assignments across hotel operations and financial systems.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to strengthen accountability and transparency across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CIA) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with integrity and sound judgment.
