Internal Auditor at Kada Cinema Ltd

• We are a reputable hospitality group seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Internal Audit to join our team in Benin City.
• The ideal candidate will lead our internal audit function, ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk-based audit strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify, assess, and recommend mitigation strategies for financial and operational risks.
• Investigate anomalies, detect and prevent fraud, and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate and improve internal control systems and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Present comprehensive audit reports to the Board Audit Committee and General Manager.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and provide strategic advisory support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar internal audit role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
