Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nassarawa for an Internal Auditor at Capital City University Kano.
• The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing audit reports, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and standards.
• Tasks include analyzing financial data, collaborating with various departments, and providing recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing Audit Reports and conducting Financial Audits
• Strong Analytical Skills and a background in Finance
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in risk assessment and compliance management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
