Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead the internal audit function of our automobile manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, risk management processes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all departments. This role will provide independent assurance to management and the Board on the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on organizational risks.
• Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and process audits across manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, fraud risks, and areas of non-compliance.
• Review procurement, inventory management, production, sales, and financial processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead audit engagements from planning to reporting and follow-up activities.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and report progress to management.
• Support investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, or policy violations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Advise management on risk mitigation strategies and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor internal audit staff to enhance team performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong report-writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit management software.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
