Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator at Sunbeth Global Concepts (SGC)

As the Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving Sunbeth’s IMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. You will play a vital role in driving compliance, efficiency, and a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability across the company and its subsidiaries.

Job Details

• Coordinate and lead Management Review Meetings (MRMs) and track key performance metrics.
• Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee change management and document control processes to maintain IMS integrity.
• Collaborate with risk and sustainability teams to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Develop and deliver IMS training and awareness programs for staff at all levels.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and liaise with external auditors and regulators.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IMS documentation and records.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification in ISO standards (e.g., Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is highly desirable.
• A Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience in managing ISO certifications and audit processes.
• In-depth understanding of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, legal compliance, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in using data analytics for performance tracking and improvement.

• Strong communication and report writing skills
• High-level computer literacy and IT skills
