• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Advisors
• Drive team performance to meet sales targets
• Support advisors with fieldwork and customer acquisition

• Monitor and report performance metrics to management

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any field
• Prior experience in sales or insurance is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Must be coachable and passionate about people development
