Job Summary

• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts/ existing ones
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking.
• Creating, Marketing, and reporting on all initiatives and outcomes within their subunits.
• Must have a good understanding of general insurance businesses in the stated location and neighboring states.
• Must have a proven leadership record of building, coaching, and motivating the Branch Team to meet set targets.
• Must have Underwriting knowledge.
• Must be able to manage existing clients in addition to developing new businesses.
• Must be sociable and possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be ready to resume immediately.

Qualification

• BSc. Marketing or any related discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification relevant experience in a similar job position in the Insurance/ Microfinance sector.
• Professional certificates in Marketing, Management, or Insurance will be an added advantage.
