    Insurance Sales Manager (Cold-Chain)

    Job Summary

    • Figorr is seeking experienced and dynamic Insurance partnership personnel to join our innovative technology company.
    • As a pivotal member of our leadership team, the Insurance Business Unit- Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing our commercial strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.
    • This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in technology sales, business development, and strategic planning.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
    • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
    • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
    • Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans
    • Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
    • Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavours
    • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
    • Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
    • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
    • Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.

    Required Qualifications and Experiences

    • B.Sc Degree
    • Proven years of experience as an Insurance Sales Representative especially in GIT, Fire & Burglary, Marine, and Car insurance
    • Good track record in closing sales
    • Good comprehension of insurance plans including
    • Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
    • Goal-oriented
    • Excellent skills in communication and presentation
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
    • Demonstrated ability to drive change, promote innovation, and deliver results.
