Instrumentation Engineer at Waal Energy Services Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Execute FEED and Detailed engineering for Instrumentation, Control, and Automation systems.
• Develop instrumentation design philosophies, specifications, and datasheets.
• Select, size, and specify field instruments such as flow, pressure, temperature, and level devices.
• Prepare instrument index, hook-up drawings, wiring and termination drawings, Instrument loop drawings, and installation details.
• Design of Fire and Gas systems
• Prepare Instrument MTO
• Design and specify control systems, including DCS, PLC,SCADA, and ICSS architectures.
• Develop control narratives, cause & effect matrices, and logic diagrams.
• Contribute to the development and review of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Ensure proper tagging, control philosophy alignment, and instrument integration
• Support site installations, Loop checking and Commissioning activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 4—8 years experience in instrumentation design engineering.
