If you excel at building structured learning pathways and managing training at scale, this is the role for you.
Key Requirements:
Education: B.Ed, Instructional Design Certification, or B.Sc with a proven track record in training.
Experience: 3–4 years in instructional design, curriculum development, or training coordination.
Skills: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), designing assessments (tests/portfolios), and coordinating synchronous sessions.
