Inside sales/Telemarketer Team at SDSD Nigeria

The Inside Sales person will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Process client’s enquiries by email and telephone within established guidelines in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide progress update to clients promptly.
• Provide periodic product and service updates clients.
• Maintain all client daily activity data in database.
• Prepare and provide daily reports on client issues and enquiries to management
• Work with other internal departments to ensure all client issues /requests are addressed promptly. 

Required Education and Experience

• At least 2 years prior experience in a similar role in a medium size company
• A fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills-Oral and Written
• Prior experience in a client service role dealing with business clients.
• Educated to degree or HND level with a proactive and driven approach to work.
