About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented IT Support professional to join our team as an Infrastructure End User Support (Level 1). This entry-level role will provide first-line support to employees, assisting with hardware, software, and network-related issues in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests (in person, email, or phone).
• Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
• Support users with password resets, account access, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support teams.
• Document incidents, solutions, and update the knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.

Certifications:

• Azure Fundamentals and Azure Administrator certifications; IT support related certifications.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of computer-related support experience in Windows OS.

Special Requirements:

• Proficiency in IT troubleshooting, MS Power Apps programming, Strong team building skills
