This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Officer at E-Terra Technologies Ltd in Lagos.
The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining desktop computers and printer support on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Experience in Information Technology and Desktop Computers
Printer Support knowledge
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
