Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi-platform computer environment or monitors the production scheduling, execution, and successful completion of production jobs;
• Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level;
• Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals;
• Tests programs;
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate;
• Maintains systems, databases and web pages;
• Administers user accounts;
• Designs and produces basic reports;
• Sets up and submits production jobs and edits and debugs computer output;
• Transfers computer files between platforms; etc

Requirement/Qualification

• Applicants must live in Portharcourt or Onitsha or be willing to relocate
• BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronics, or any other related field.
• Professional Qualification – CCNA, MTA, SSCP, C#, C++,, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in software development, ERP implementation, or IT Support services
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business central is an added advantage,
• Software programming hands-on is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years cognate experience in Wines and Beverages
