Job Summary:

As IT Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our software engineering programs, leading technical projects, and driving innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Mentorship:

• Deliver engaging and practical lessons in front-end, back-end, and full-stack development.
• Guide students through real-world projects, preparing them for the job market.
• Develop and continuously update course curricula and teaching resources.

Talent Development:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training for software engineering students.
• Create a structured pathway for nurturing industry-ready talent.

Technical Leadership:

• Lead software development projects with a focus on quality, scalability, and best practices.
• Recommend and implement tools, frameworks, and resources to enhance learning and development.
• Support the growth and optimization of Cirvee’s technical infrastructure.

Zoho Tools Expertise:

• Leverage Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools for workflow optimization, data tracking, and process management.

Website Management:

• Maintain and enhance Cirvee’s website using WordPress, Webflow, and other platforms as needed.
• Ensure seamless performance, user experience, and content updates.

Course Development & Expansion:

• Collaborate with the team to introduce new software engineering courses.
• Update course content regularly to align with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Proficiency Requirements:

• Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, and other website-building tools.
• Strong command of Zoho CRM and related Zoho tools for process optimization.
• Expertise in front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with modern tools and platforms for software engineering and EdTech.
