Information Technology (IT) / Operations Officer at Daudeen Freight Limited

Job Responsibilties

• Technical support, maintenance of all operating systems and gadgets.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to system issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Troubleshoot systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Provision of client support on shipment enquiries.
• Proper documentation of shipment details and dissemination of quote to client.
• Track and update shipment records.
• Proper handling of shipment documents and filling as required.
• Update and maintain all operational data.
• Strategizing how team can be more efficient in carrying out assigned duties.
• Consistent follow up shipment to ensure excellent service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Technical knowledge of systems and computer gadgets.
• Attention to detail.
• Great Team player.
• Applicants must reside around Ipaja / Alimosho environs.
