    Information Technology Intern

    About the job

    • Assisting the users on their IT related issues as directed by the department head and IT- officer.
    • Assisting in software and hardware installation.
    • Attending to users through intercom and log down their challenges.
    • Assisting in Network related issues.
    • Raising of IT documents relating to cash and cheque payment dockets.
    • Updating of IT activity logbook and downtime records.
    • Updating of IT downtime records.
    • Updating of IT access card record and signing.
    • IT Filing system updating.
    • Attending to other assignment assigned by the ITM and IT-Officer.
