Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience of ICT support and maintenance. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technology infrastructure and providing support to colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform periodic maintenance and upgrades of hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain company databases, and network systems.
• Lead the implementation of new technology systems and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company information technology security policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
