This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Administrator located in Lekki.
The Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for technical support, network and system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bank's technological infrastructure.
Qualifications
Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
Experience in network and system administration
Knowledge of information technology, including hardware, software, and networking systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
Relevant certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
