    Information Security Manager

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Developing, updating and implementing information security policies and strategies, working along side senior colleagues
    • Ensuring our security counter measures are maintained, monitored and actioned
    • Securing all information and making sure that the company is compliant (ISO27001 /PCI DSS)
    • Managing external and internal audits and achieving compliance with external frameworks
    • Conduct Information Security risk assessments, reporting findings to and agreeing mitigating actions/risk acceptance with the system owner and IT.
    • Provide security training and awareness campaigns to the business and its customer base
    • Understanding and advising on the latest developments in all areas of information security
    • Collaborate with the IT function to see that a cyber security strategy is put in place that fulfils the requirements of business objectives and control maturity requirements.
    • Evaluating security risks when dealing with external parties and providers
    • Investigate suspected and actual security incidents in accordance with the security incident management standard, produce reports with recommendations and ensure any remedial action is taken
    • Respond to enquiries from staff and provide security advice as required

    Requirements

    • Experience of designing, implementing, and maintaining policies, processes and procedures, aligning with the ISO27001 framework.
    • Experience of producing, maintaining and communicating policies, procedures, guidance and controls
    • Experience of working in an agile development environment
    • Experience of designing and managing IT compliance and risk frameworks and facilitating both Internal and External Audits
    • Must be able to interface and coordinate work effectively demonstrating strong project management skills
    • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills
