Inbound Assistant at Konga Online Shopping Limited

• We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Inbound Assistant to support the receiving of goods within the Warehouse and Supply Chain Department. The successful candidate will ensure all incoming items are checked, recorded, and stored correctly to support smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive goods delivered to the warehouse.
• Check that the quantity and condition of goods match the delivery documents.
• Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
• Record all received items in the warehouse system.
• Label and store items in the correct warehouse locations.
• Assist with sorting and arranging goods in the warehouse.
• Keep accurate records of all received stock.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Keep the receiving area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow company procedures and warehouse safety rules.
• Report any issues that may affect warehouse operations.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent.

Professional Qualification

Training in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Inventory Management is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or a similar role.

Age Requirement

• 20 – 35 years.

Functional / Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Ability to read and complete simple records accurately.
• Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
• Good organizational skills.
