Develop and implement enterprise-wide information security and risk management strategies.
Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments.
Manage and optimize datacenter operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency
Oversee Linux server administration, virtualization, and storage systems.
Manage corporate directory services, including Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Integrate directory services with enterprise applications for seamless access management.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to support deployment of internal and external applications.
Maintain ISO27001 certification and drive continuous compliance improvement
Lead and mentor IMS and IT teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
Oversee deployment of enterprise technologies including firewalls, endpoint security, and SIEM
Provide regular updates to executive management on infrastructure health, risks, and compliance status
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
8–10+ years of IT and infrastructure experience, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in Linux systems administration, datacenter management, application deployment, and domain/directory services.
Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), virtualization, and containerization.
Demonstrated experience in IT compliance, security frameworks, and large-scale systems management.)
Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) or equivalent.
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
