Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Integrate and support OEM and vendor IT solutions.
• Maintain and optimize infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security upgrades.
• Collaborate with developers to manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead technical projects, coordinating with OEMs, partners, and clients.
• Document deployments and support activities.
• Conduct training for internal teams and clients on deployed solutions.

Skills

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve client issues.
• API & Web Services: Development, integration, and testing expertise.
• Cybersecurity solution deployment experience preffered
• DevOps & Automation: Experience with CI/CD, configuration management, and cloud infrastructure (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Scripting & Development: Proficiency in shell scripting and at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python preferred).
• Database & System Management: SQL scripting, ETL processes, Linux/Windows administration, and networking fundamentals.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
• Customer Engagement: Strong communication skills to interface with clients, understand needs, and ensure successful solution deployments.
• Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly understand and adapt to new products and technologies
