Implementation Engineer at Ash Nelson Partners Limited

• Ensure the provision of top-tier technical support to clients and devise innovative solutions to enhance the overall support experience.
• Facilitate seamless integration with OEMs and vendors IT solutions
• Uphold the optimal state of infrastructure, configurations, and functionalities across diverse environments (Production, Development, Staging, Test, Sandbox) both on-premises and remotely.
• Conduct routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades on environments to guarantee their security and alignment with intended purposes.
• Apply Agile methodologies to efficiently manage both projects and ongoing support operations.
• Collaborate closely with software developers to establish and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines for all applications.
• Take charge of technical projects, coordinating engagements with OEMs, partners, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing progress on deployments and support deliverables.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for both internal staff and clients, ensuring proficiency in deployed solutions.

Skills

• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• API and webservices development, testing and integration.
• Working understanding of DevOps tools for CICD, Confirguration management and Automation such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Ansible, Rundeck, Chef, Terraform etc.
• Experience with cloud environments such as (Aws, Azure, GCP)
• Shell scripting skills.
• Networking skills.
• Skilled in database management (MSSQL, Oracle, MySql, MongoDB, Postgresql)
• Working knowledge of Sql scripting, creation and management of ETLs.
• Working understanding of containerization and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Management of Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Use of Support and development management tools such as Jira, Confluence
• Understanding of Repositories such as Github and Bitbucket.
• Ability to code in one or more programming languages such as (Java, JavaScript, Python) is preffered
