Impact Manager at Utiva

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with our team to define strategic direction for impact projects; defining the right funders and grant-making organizations to support our work
• Identify opportunities that Utiva should be pursuing and work with the team to qualify each opportunity. 
• Develop new projects, innovation, and strategic approaches to driving learning, hiring, and talent outsourcing. 
• Writing grant opportunities; working with external grant writers to develop better grant contents and proposals
• Attend sessions to pitch Utiva and represent Utiva leadership at grant events

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant discipline 2-3 years experience in international development and social sciences 
• Ability to think strategically on social impact projects
• Ability to lead grant writers and impact assessors 
• Ability to accomplish end-to-end running of the organization’s projects and works.
• Core strength that focuses on planning, executing, reporting performance, and closing impact projects.
