Program Design and Implementation

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and vaccinate zero-dose children in target areas.
• Collaborate with government and partners to design tailored solutions for immunization equity.
• Ensure program activities align with national immunization priorities and global best practices.

Technical Support and Capacity Building

• Provide guidance to health teams on advocacy, service delivery, surveillance, data management, and supply chain systems.
• Oversee training and mentorship for program staff, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and visualization using tools like DHIS2 and Power BI.
• Promote data-driven decision-making at all levels of project implementation.

Collaboration and Partnerships

• Build strong partnerships with government agencies, donors, and implementing partners.
• Represent Sydani at technical forums, workshops, and meetings on immunization equity.
• Foster cross-sectoral collaborations to address barriers to vaccination.

Monitoring, Reporting, and Communication

• Ensure regular communication of project progress, challenges, and lessons learned with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and submission of high-quality project reports in line with donor requirements.
• Support the project team in achieving and exceeding client deliverables.
