Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other relevant applications as well as other hosted Email services for our sister companies.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation of IT services.
Administer and support the Odoo ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and providing end-user support.
Oversee the active directory and file servers, managing user accounts, permissions, and file sharing.
Maintain and troubleshoot networking devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Support and manage computing devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT requirements, develop solutions, and implement new technologies.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and implement disaster recovery procedures.
Provide technical support to employees who are on site or remote by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems promptly.
Provide support on Company Website and Social media platforms where required.
Train and educate employees on IT best practices, security protocols, and the effective use of technology.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements to our IT infrastructure.

Qualifications / Skills Required
B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with minimum of 5 years experience in an IT performance analysis and end-user support role.
Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 suite administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Great experience with Odoo or other ERP system administration and support.
Proficiency in managing active directory, servers, networking and computing devices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a great attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
Able to work with minimal supervision and manage and keep confidential information.
Certifications in two or more of the following will be an added advantage:
