Job Description

• Monitor and maintain the bank's IT infrastructure (servers, network, hardware, and software).
• Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of all bank systems and data.
• Regularly update and patch software applications and operating systems.
• Provide technical support to bank staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to banking applications and internal systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the bank’s internal network (LAN/WAN) to ensure maximum uptime.
• Ensure secure connectivity across different locations and with external stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor data security measures, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and encryption protocols.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery processes are tested and effective.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems (hardware and software) to meet the bank’s operational needs.
• Help with the setup of workstations, peripherals, and other IT-related hardware.
• Provide training to bank staff on the use of software, systems, and other IT tools.
• Create and maintain user guides and documentation on IT procedures and policies.
• Liaise with IT vendors to procure equipment and services.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control.
• Maintain and update the company's online presence.
• Assist with the management and resolution of issues with external IT service providers.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 10 - 20 years work experience.
