Hydrocarbon Accounting Advisor at WTS Energy

JOB SUMMARY

Hydrocarbon Accounting and Allocation process for the asset & injectors are done in line with approved procedure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for third-party injection reconciliation to the Pipeline, overseen by the team lead.
• Responsible for DPR/NUPRC crude oil/condensate and gas production and lifting reconciliation.
• Responsible for preparation of UPS pump station availability uptime report for charges
• Work in synergy with All the field Hydrocarbon accounting Engineers for the monitoring of third party Injector laboratory
• Validation of Injectors meter proving exercise with the metering team for reconciliation and allocation
• Responsible for Bi-monthly BS&W review with all injectors, to confirm their analysis is representative and falls within an acceptable range with DPR/NUPRC methodology/CHA overseas by the team lead.
• Update of evacuation injectors Meter tickets, Meter Factor, temperature, and pressure on AXIS (Hydrocarbon Accounting Tools)
• Provision representative data analysis for close or representative production volume for injectors when they have downtime on their LACT
• Follow up with UPS operation in line with gross pump and gross pumped and received
• Follow up with the production chemist to ensure the sample evacuation is in line with SOP
• Support HCA lead in the supervision of services Field Hydrocarbon Accounting Engineers on all daily activities daily activities and occurrences of the third-party LACT unit monitoring which is been considered during the end monthly crude reconciliation
• Attend and contribute to FRM reconciliation and Allocation with partners
• Responsible for the provision of data used to check line loss on evacuation route with OMS
• Partake in curtailment meetings, allocation meetings and other engagement as advised by the team lead.
• Allocate analysis report overseas by team lead
• Allocate estimates for evacuation route injectors Overseas by team lead
• Any other task assigned by the team lead

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIRED

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on hydrocarbon accounting and reconciliation.
• About 10 years of Experience
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Deep understanding of Nigerian regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
