INTECH Process Automation & Intelligence is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems on Wellhead Control Panels (WHCP). The role includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance, pressure testing, flushing, calibration of hydraulic components, and ensuring system integrity and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic circuits, pumps, valves, and actuators.
Conduct system pressure and leak tests.
Perform fluid analysis and filtration.
Support commissioning and functional testing of WHCP systems.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare service reports
Requirements:
Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Instrumentation discipline.
5+ years of experience in hydraulic system maintenance (preferably WHCP).
Strong understanding of P&IDs, hydraulic schematics, and offshore safety standards.
Experience with oil and gas wellhead or control systems preferred.
