Design and install HVAC systems whilst following design specifications for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing HVAC systems.
Coordinate installation schedule with team members and other departments working on the project.
Ensure all HVAC work complies with HSE principles
Prepare a progress report on ongoing HVAC projects, system performance, and maintenance activities.
Develop and implement HVAC system upgrades and retrofits.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for equipment and materials.
Document Conduct Testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the light test for ducts, underground chilled water piping system, and hydro test.
Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
Assist the commission team during the testing, balancing, and adjusting phases of air
Manage all-metal duct components and install all HVAC systems and monitor all provide resolutions for all emergency alarm in systems and perform the repair to all ventilating and air conditioning units.
Analyse all load programs and perform required calculations on same and manage all electrical requirements for HVAC equipment and recommend improvement
Liaise with the HVAC Configuration Lead to ensure compliance with the Project level Reference Configuration
Perform other assignments as directed by the Category Manager
Qualifications
B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC system design and installation.
Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Should have knowledge of equipment like Chiller, AHU, Cooling tower, etc.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
