    Human Resources Manager

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job postings , screening, interviews and onboarding.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and maintain accurate personnel records.
    • Facilitate employee training and development and development programs to enhance skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the food and beverage industry.
