    Human Resources Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with our vision.
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.

    Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee concerns in line with our transformative goals.
    • Conduct investigations and provide guidance on HR policies to promote a collaborative workplace.

    Performance Management:

    • Implement performance appraisal processes that align with our organization's objectives.
    • Collaborate with department heads to address performance issues and support professional development.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs aligned with our transformative vision.
    • Facilitate mentorship programs and career planning initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.

    HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and support our vision.
    • Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of compliance and ethical practices.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction in support of our transformative goals.
    • Organize events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.

    HR Analytics: 

    • Utilize HR analytics to assess workforce trends aligned with our transformative objectives.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics and key performance indicators.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager with a commitment to transformative goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • SHRM, HRCI, or  CIPM certification is a strong advantage
