    Human Resource Associate

    Primary Responsibiities: Human Capital Office

    • Review, design and implement an effective Human Capital Office for the Firm which effectively projects the “People First” mantra of Aina Blankson and its aspirations for world class standards.
    • Develop and implement a progressive sourcing strategy to increase diverse talent acquisition of the best minds and retention including performance metrics and provide management reporting.
    • Create a culture of innovation by encouraging all employees to share new ideas and insights on how to improve processes or procedures.
    • Establish specific performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of each department and individual employee.
    • Recommend ideas and solutions that will contribute to the Firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy and overall business goals and objectives.

    Secondary Responsibility: Executive Office

    • Analyze and understand the strategic business plans and direction of the Firm, especially the overall workings of Aina Blankson Global and its members.
    • Lead the organization’s strategic planning process to ensure that all departments of Aina Blankson including the operations of Aina Blankson Global member firms (especially ABCS and AB Consulting) are adequately aligned with the ethos, culture and global goals of the Firm.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and activities to improve performance in identified areas of concern.
    • Identify suitable strategic partners and create all necessary protocols, guidelines and charters for the membership
    • Proactively work with the team towards creating a wide network of global partners and build effective relationships towards generating opportunities for new businesses and realization of the global aspirations of the Firm.

    Requirements:

    • 3 to 5 years experience of core HR Operations.
    • Experience in HR Consulting is an added advantage.
    • Experience is building and setting up a Human Capital department from scratch is an added advantage.
    • Human Resource Certificate e.g ACIPM will be an added advantage
