Hub Agent at GIG Logistics

Location: Epe, Ajah, Eleganza - Lagos, Nigeria

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Hub Agent to join our Operations team. If you have experience in logistics, warehousing, or courier operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we\'d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, sort, scan, and process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and movement of parcels across the logistics network.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch while maintaining shipment accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Identify and report shipment discrepancies, damages, or misrouted parcels.
• Maintain accurate inventory and support periodic stock reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Fleet, Branch Operations, Customer Experience, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Support the achievement of operational KPIs, including shipment accuracy and turnaround time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, courier services, inventory management, or a related operational role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of shipment processing and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or logistics software is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in logistics, courier services, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, retail distribution, or supply chain operations will be highly preferred.
