Key Duties

• Implement and enforce HSSE policies, safety plans, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, training, and toolbox talks to maintain safe operations.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, maintain HSSE records, and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture by monitoring PPE use, subcontractor compliance, and emergency preparedness.

Requirements:

• 2—4 years HSSE experience (construction preferred).
• HSE/NEBOSH/IOSH certifications.
• Strong safety compliance and reporting skills.
