About the Role

• Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental supervision within the construction of roads, with proven expertise in traffic management and ensuring compliance with safety standards on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs across project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
• Oversee and manage traffic safety operations within and around construction zones.
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring timely reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
• Liaise with project management and regulatory authorities on all HSE-related matters.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HSE supervision within the construction sector.
• Demonstrated experience in traffic management and control on active road construction sites.
• Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
