Conduct routine workplace safety inspections to identify potential hazards, along with observing workers to ensure they are following safety procedures while on the job Perform Safety audits as per company policy and compliance requirements to keep the safety program on track and avoid potential fines
Understand the industry we work and all our client’s safety expectations and practices to avoid fining.
Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
Preparation of Risk Assessment Management (RAMS) as requires and prepare Permit-To-Work (PTW) at Client’s site.
Making sure that no one gets hurt while working in the company (in-site and off-site)
Clear tools and equipment for use: verify that all tools and equipment used in the workplace are safe for employees to use.
Assess working platform and certify them before use like scaffolds, ladder etc
Discover training needs and communicate with management for the safety of works.
Ensure proper traffic management within the site and outside in cases of road work.
Ensure proper waste management (Waste segregation, storage and disposal)
Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment).
Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives (develop training calendar)
Requirements:
2–5 years of safety experience
HSE Level 1–3 & Ispôn Certified
Knowledge of safety documentation (RA, JHA, stats)
