Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety inductions
Investigate incidents and near misses, and prepare timely reports
Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and industry HSE standards
Maintain HSE records, permits-to-work, and risk assessments
Requirements
BSc / HND in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' HSE experience in the oil and gas or construction industry
ISPON
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and incident investigation
