    HSE Coordinator

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking to hire a male HSE Coordinator who will oversee the implementation and enforcement of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across all managed facilities, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards.
    • He will conduct risk assessments, lead safety training, investigate incidents, and drive initiatives that promote a strongsafety culture while supporting environmental sustainability and emergency preparedness.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
    • Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for staff, contractors, and subcontractors.
    • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and compile detailed reports with root cause analysis.
    • Maintain up-to-date HSE records, including incident logs, inspection reports, and safety data sheets.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all statutory obligations are met.
    • Promote a strong safety culture through campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Support emergency preparedness plans, including drills and response coordination.
    • Monitor environmental impacts and ensure sustainable waste management and energy use practices.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 4 years of industry knowledge is strongly desired.
    • Experience in the facilities management field.
    • Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
    • Proficiency in using HSE management software and tools.
