HSE Admin Support Officer at Ascentech Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Managing and updating of all HSE related documentation.
• Support the HSE department during audits, incident reviews, inspections, etc.
• Support in the coordination of HSE activities and Interface between site HSE and HSE manager.
• Ability to track all actions in the HSE improvement plan up to the completion stage.
• Perform any other duties as required by the HSE department.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree or HND from any reputable higher institution.
• 2-3 years working experience in HSE administration, Office administration or Data management.
• HSE certification is an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
• Team player
