Housing Officer at Cool FM

Duties

• Ensuring that basic facilities in the accommodation plazas are well maintained
• Allocating and managing accommodation spaces
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Ensuring housing rules are strictly adhered to by residents
• Planning by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements

Requirements:

• OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality Management, Administration or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Facility Manager, Admin Officer or Hotel Manager
