Housing Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Duties
- Ensuring that basic facilities in the accommodation plazas are well maintained
- Allocating and managing accommodation spaces
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Ensuring housing rules are strictly adhered to by residents
- Planning by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
Requirements:
- OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality Management, Administration or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Facility Manager, Admin Officer or Hotel Manager
