Clean and tidy guest rooms which include making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels and linens.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including workstations and storage.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring proper food handling and storage.
Ensure common areas such as lounges, hallways and restrooms are kept clean and well maintained. This includes dusting, mopping floors and emptying trash bins.
Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding and delivering linens and towels.
Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify the manager when stock needs to be replenished.
Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting with any requests or needs they may have.
Report maintenance issues, damages or safety hazards to the manager promptly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification and Experience
Candidates should possess a National Diploma in Hospitality and Management or related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
Certification in Hotel and Catering is an added advantage.
