    Hotel Supervisor

    Position Overview

    • Our client is renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and we are seeking an individual who shares a passion for excellence in service.
    • As a Hotel Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the hotel. You'll be responsible for supervising and leading a dedicated team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the establishment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations to guarantee efficient and seamless service delivery.
    • Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
    • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with various departments to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
    • Assist in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and service quality.


    • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
    • Understanding of hotel operations, customer service principles, and industry trends.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

    Education and Certification

    • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
