Hotel Accountant at Avantiline Design Limited

Job Description: 

We are currently looking for an experienced accountant to join our hotel team.  The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, managing invoices and payments, and assisting with budget development.

Responsibilities:

• Adequate record keeping of all transactions related to all the hotel departments.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconciling financial statements for all departments. 
• Monthly preparation and analyzing financial reports for all the hotel departments 
• Assisting with budget development and forecasting.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manages all taxes related to the business in complainace with the statutory laws. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• At least 35 years of accounting experience.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
