Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and God-fearing Female House Parent to join our boarding community. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Hostel Parent with strong moral integrity, able to model the school values while providing excellent care, supervision, and guidance to our female boarders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily pastoral care and emotional support to female boarders.
• Maintain a warm, disciplined, and spiritually uplifting environment within the hostel.
• Oversee routines such as wake-up, prep, meals, bedtime, and hostel activities.
• Ensure safety, proper supervision, and adherence to school and hostel policies.
• Address students’ academic, social, and spiritual needs with wisdom and compassion.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the Management.
• Support hostel organization, record keeping, and weekend responsibilities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a First Degree or its equivalent with 5-8 years of experience
• A committed Christian with strong character, integrity, and the fear of God.
• Experience working with adolescents in a school or youth-focused environment.
• Excellent communication, patience, and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and supportive in challenging situations.
• Ability to enforce discipline with empathy and fairness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Basic first aid knowledge (or willingness to acquire it).
