Job Description
The Hostel Mistress will manage the girls’ hostel and provide guidance, supervision, and care. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily routines and hostel activities.
• Maintaining discipline and order among students.
• Monitoring student welfare, health, and safety.
• Acting as a mentor and counsellor to students.
• Liaising with parents and school authorities.
• Monitoring student academic pursuit and progress
• Enforcing hostel rules and reporting issues promptly.
